Governing Law and Venue; Miscellaneous

You hereby irrevocably and unconditionally consent to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction in and venue of the courts having jurisdiction over Duval County, Florida for any litigation arising from, related to, or connected with the use of the Site. You hereby waive any objection to the venue of those courts and agree not to plead or claim in any litigation brought therein that such forum is an inconvenient forum. Indemnity

The IHFS Parties are based in Duval County, Florida, the United States of America, with their principal offices in Jacksonville, Florida.
