In order to maintain our services, we cannot offer a customer service support via phone at this time. We ask that you please take the time to review this section carefully as we have outlined the answers to most of the questions you will have about our services. We also have a special section below related to our FREE Live Webinar Series. We hope you enjoy our services.
Q-How do I access my registration gifts?
A- You will receive an e-mail that contains a link that will give you access to your registration gifts. Most e-mails are received within fifteen minutes. If you do not immediately receive your email, please allow up to twenty-four hours for it to be delivered before contacting us. If you have not received your email, please also check your SPAM folder, as it may have been automatically stopped and moved into your SPAM or Junk Mail folder instead of being sent to your inbox. If you have a SPAM Arrest service, you MUST allow communication from The International Health and Fitness Symposium or you will NOT get your free bonus links. These links are sent out using an auto responder and no one will respond to be approved by your service.
Q- What payment method do you accept?
A- We accept VISA, MasterCard and Discover.
Q- How secure is my order?
A- You can feel confident that The International Health and Fitness Symposium has used every action possible to keep your credit card information safe from fraudulent activity online. We use a service called 1Shoppingcart which is one of the most secure and reliable ecommerce solutions available. This service is one of very few companies that meets or exceeds the stringent requirements of Visa’s PCI & CISP programs to ensure maximum security with your sensitive financial data and information. It has heavily invested both in its infrastructure and application software to provide you with the safest and most secure environment possible.
Q- What shipping options are available?
A- If you are located in the United States, your package will take approximately 3 to 5 days to be delivered via UPS Ground Service. Actual transit time is based on where you are located. If you are located outside the U.S. orders may take up to 3 to 4 weeks to arrive. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and do not include local taxes or local customs charges. The IHFS reserves the right to change the price for shipping at any time to reflect the actual costs for shipping and handling.

Q- If there is a problem, can I return my Symposium Package?
A- The People’s Guide to Health, Happiness and Longevity is a digital information based product that includes immediate free downloads. As such, there is no refund policy except for damaged disks. You can rest assured that the quality of the program is of the highest level and the information will provide you with hundreds of answers to your health, fitness, nutrition and lifestyle questions.
Damaged or defective product must be reported within 15 days of the delivery date for replacement only. Replacements are subject to the following conditions:
- Prior approval is required to replace the product. This approval will expire 30 days after date of issue.
- To obtain approval for replacement send an email to Customer Service.
- Securely pack the damaged item(s) in a sturdy shipping box. We strongly advise that you obtain a tracking number for your shipment. Items not received will not be replaced.
- Clearly mark the box with your name and address. Also include a copy of the approval email in the box.

Live Webinar FAQ
Login and Audio
Q- How do I login to one of the Live Webinars?
A- When you register for one of our events, you automatically receive an email confirmation that included your link to login using your computer. You also receive 3 reminders that also have the same information.
Q- Do I need to dial in from my phone line and login on my computer?
A- From your computer you can watch the PowerPoint presentation, participate in polling questions, complete our surveys and listen to the presenters. In order to hear the audio, you must have internal or external speakers and your settings and volume must be adjusted properly on your computer. We DO NOT provide any technical support for your computer. If for any reason you cannot hear the presenters from your computer, you will need to dial in and listen from your phone line while watching the presentation on your computer. The phone number and access code are both on your confirmation email AND on all of the reminder emails.
Q- I am having a difficult time hearing the presenters from my computer. What can I do?
A- We cannot offer any support related to your computer. If you cannot hear the presenters from your computer speakers or if the audio is not clear enough for you to hear, it is because of your connection to the internet. In order to hear the presenters clearly, you should dial into the event using your phone line. Standard long distance rates will apply.
Q- I will not be able to be in front of my computer during the event. Can I just listen in on the phone?
A- Absolutely. Just dial in using the phone number and access code provided on your registration confirmation or from any of the reminder emails and you can listen to our presenters as if it were a live teleseminar.
Archived Events
Q- I can’t make it to one of the events. Will the event be recorded and posted for viewing at some point in the future?
A- Although we do record our events, not all events will be made available once they are over. We encourage your participation in our live interactive event platform so you can participate in live polling questions, Q & A sessions with our guests and post webinar surveys.
Q- How will I know if an event is archived for future viewing?
A- If you have registered on The International Health and Fitness Symposium website at ANYTIME by providing your name and email address, then you are on our mailing list and you will receive all communication about our Live Webinar Series, including information about archived events.
Future Events
Q- I have registered for an event in the past, but I am not getting any communication from The International Health and Fitness Symposium.
A- When you register for one of our live events, you are doing so on a third party website. You will note that during your registration, you are asked to “Confirm Your Registration” on The International Health and Fitness Symposium website and that you will be “redirected” to our website to do so after you register for one of our events. If you did not do this, then you are NOT on our mailing list and will you will not receive any communication from us. If you would like to be informed about future events, please register with us at thepeoplesguidetohealth.com.
Q- Where can I find information about your future events?

Cancellations & Email Opt Out
Q- I want to cancel my registration to an event because I can’t make it. How can I do that?
A- You don’t have to do anything. If you can’t make it to an event and you are registered with The International Health and Fitness Symposium, you will receive ongoing communication about future events and archived events.
Q- I want to opt out of your mailing list. How can I do this?
A- All of our communication gives you the opportunity to opt out of our mailing list. Communication in the form of live webinar reminders comes from a third party vendor. If you opt out from one of these communications, it will NOT take you off the mailing list for The International Health and Fitness Symposium. To do that, you must opt out of one of the communication emails directly from The International Health and Fitness Symposium. This will automatically remove you from our list permanently.
Product Purchase
Q- I purchased The People’s Guide to Health after one of the Live Webinars. How do I know if I will get the FREE bonus items?
A- If you made an order during one of the events, you will automatically receive the FREE bonus items. Some of the FREE bonuses may be sent from a different location and may not be included with The People’s Guide to Health.
Q- I purchased The People’s Guide to Health after one of the Live Webinars and received free bonus items, but another expert offered a different bonus during another live webinar. Is there anyway I can get that bonus?
A- Unfortunately, no. We are only authorized to give out the free bonus items from the experts for a purchase during their event. Our experts receive a small percentage of the proceeds for the sales from each live event to cover the cost of their bonus and their time for participating in the webinar and we cannot arbitrarily give out their bonuses.
